I completed the pins n did not receive my 120 gold bars
Me too wats the problem
There have been a lot of complaints from numerous players who have not received the grand prize from the pins event @QueenB . This has spread over several weeks and players earn the grand prize at different times, so it is not easy to find all the complaints but I have seen many. And to be quite honest when I finished the event about three weeks ago I don't think I got any prize added to my account either. This event does not seem to be working right.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
