I have won grand prize in full several times on the pins episodes been in contact with candy crush

Regarding no prized received still not been given full rewards and paid over £100 on new purchased to be given no answers any one else been in the position ?

yes, there have been several complaints. I am not sure I got the reward myself when I finished the pins a few weeks ago. I have tried to alert the community manager in this thread:

Since it's now weekend it will not get noted until next week, but I will add more posts to highlight the increasing number of players with the same complaint. This event does need to be investigated and fixed.

has anyone received a response regarding pins episodes ? I had 800+ duplicate pins which I used to continue play and win several top prizes and never received them I have tried to explain and have got nowhere I’m becomes very angry thank you

Can someone tell me what happened to the daily. Booster??.. it was 2 hours and now they ruined it!..it's 30 mins or nothing at all..

Do you mean the daily treat machine? I usually receive half an hour, sometimes one hour. I have never received two hours! King give different rewards, booster gifts and events to different players, they run "test groups", and it is possible you changed from one group to a different one. We have no choice but accept what events and gifts we are given.

The daily booster u get when u first open the game everyday..I always got 2 hours of a color bomb, fish or the jelly bomb.. today I got no time..king is really messing this up.. the levels are harder now and no help to beat them.
