Why did I lose all my items?

Hi I just recently transferred from the Singapore region to another region on AppStore, I deleted my game and installed it again, everything was kept (levels, gold bars) but all my items (Candy bombs, Jelly hand, Candy smasher…..) were lost. Please is this an error?

I am sorry to hear that you lost all of the boosters from your game!

It is not a glitch and/or error but a result of reinstalling your game App! Only level progress and Gold Bars are saved to King servers! But, the boosters are saved to our device local memory which are deleted as well when the App is deleted!

If you have any purchased ones in those lost boosters, please contact King Player Support team and request for a reimbursement!
