Hello Candy Crush Support Team,

I am playing Candy Crush on my Samsung Galaxy A9 Plus.

I have connected the game to my Google Play account, my internet is working fine, and I have tried clearing cache/data and reinstalling the game.

Still, I am not getting any ads for extra moves or boosters.

Kindly help me fix this issue.

Hello @BhvishyaBange Welcome to the Candy Crush community. We are players like yourself and can only advise you. To reach King Support you will need to use the "contact us" function seen at the bottom of this web page or in Settings in your game. However, before you do this let me advise you that this would be pointless: Not every player gets to see ads in Candy Crush! Players who have spent money on any of the game offers definitely will not see ads. Other players might or might not see ads depending on which test groups King have placed you in. There is no way for any of us to request seeing ads nor request a change of test group. King are secretive about this and will not explain to us how they choose which players get ads and which will not. If you have never spent any money then continue to not spend anything and you might get lucky and see ads at some point in the future.
