Video ads disappearing or not available

I am not getting ads to advance in the game and I have been stuck on a level for weeks.

If you made any purchase your ads automatically disappear and will not return. If you never made a purchase they might return, but there is nothing players can do to help get them back.

I don't know which level you have been stuck at for weeks. If it is below 10,000 then you could collect all the boosters including the free UFO from Season Pass by using easy old levels, and use these to win the level. Almost any level below about level 16,000 or 17,000 can be passed after such a long time of trying with one UFO played near the end when the game has given you a board that lets you get close enough. Never waste a UFO on a hopeless board but keep it for those boards that allow you to get really close, then play it with 2 or 3 moves left when you see it will clear the board. For better tips it would help to see your opening board so please post a screenshot, thanks. I can see that you are one win away from getting the super charger and also the daily win, so once you get past this level you might be able to win several more and hopefully win the episode race to earn some gold and get you back on a winning streak.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
