You were a few weeks out with your guess @MannyFae It's not just this one. I made a note of some frog levels whilst I played them recently and so far I have not found any of them.
This might be the end then.
(Edit: 29July 2025 The order of all levels has been changed. Initially I mistakenly thought this was the removal of all the frog levels but instead it turned out to be a new way to group all the hardest levels at the beginning and end of each episode. This is also discussed here:

Level 4188 is now 4181. I think I’ll post this in a separate thread just in case. I can’t be the only player who had 4188 as a goto level.
I'm the same. I often feel like stopping when I keep failing the first level, and I let go of my win streak more often than ever. Is it what King wanted? I'm puzzled why they think this change will do them any good, but since they have already tested it in the past, it must increase their profits.
The lack of videos will be a problem, not for King, of course. I really feel for YouTubers who have been working for years and have thousands of videos. It's best to focus on other games (not by King), if there is a lesson to be learned from this.
Oh. I sort of feared this might be the case. I don't like it at all having all the hardest levels at the end. Nor do I like the fact that all the YouTube videos are now no longer any good. But I'm not finding it hard to track down my go-to levels again, that at least isn't too difficult. The game is ever changing….. I'm not sure this is a good change for King though: I have found that placing one fo the hardest levels at the beginning of the episodes is making me quit before I've even started the episode. Too often the first level is holding me up for too long. I think this is a bad move.

I wonder what's so special about level 3499 that it's the only one in the game that has a label now.
It must be one of the few levels that haven't been moved.
I believe that this was not a test group, but a gradual rollout of the new order (of levels) to everyone. Probably it's now completed.
They've definitely messed something up this time. And it is both my games that are muddled up. Now the labels have completely disappeared in both games. Except for one lonely level:
I wonder what's so special about level 3499 that it's the only one in the game that has a label now. If only it were true that all these levels are easy. They are definitely NOT! End of episode levels remain impossible to pass. They just look tame now!
This sometimes happens when you have passed a level previously (the app probably caches it), and it was changed later. You get the old starting screen, but the new board. Restarting the game (usually) clears this.
King know how to mess things up…
I have also found that the pre level screen is for the original version the first time I scroll back to an older level. It's really confusing. I had boosters enabled and wanted to disable it before replaying a level and I got this:
That was bizarre, because I had the booster ticked. So the pre level screen was for the original level but it must have "known" that the mixed up version did not include that booster, so it could neither be ticked or unticked as I was trying.
The order of levels in my game remains muddled, but the labeling appears to be back to normal. The levels are not labeled in a way that matches their actual difficulty now.
I thought my game was back to normal after the 9am Monday reset as I no longer see the hardest levels clustered at the back of the episode. But it seems only the difficulty level has been changed back to normal, not the levels themselves. I wonder if level 8061 (formerly 8064) is really "easy" now:

It seems they've mixed up the levels but left the difficulty as for the main group of players. Now if that's not confusing….

Ah yes, the black cat I should have noticed that. My memory is not the best any more, really. I love that level, hope it's still there when I reach it. I'll carry on playing with Cornflower until I hit the levels that have been written by the AI. I hope the frog ones in the 15,000s will still be there then. Poppy will stop at 20,000. I might keep the Allium game on ice and just collect the Candy Cup winnings, just in case I fancy competing in next year's All Stars. You never know, I got pretty close this year. I'm trying to keep a low profile with that one and spend lots of gold so it won't be classed as "suspicious". I'm done with testing though. We had some fun with the statistics, but what's the point of it all when King change everything all the time. They are digging the grave for Candy Crush with leaving it in the "hands" of an AI.
I'd follow you on YouTube, but I'd need an account for that and am not so keen to create one at the moment. Maybe some time in the future. I hope they'll give up on messing about the order of the levels and it's just a temporary test. That video of level 10905 is great, keep up the good work!
Yes, you are absolutely right, with a few exceptions, most of the levels are "original level number" - 9 = "new level number".

I used it for advice in Support and I noted it was useful one but I can't remember now which level it was. Actually come to think now I'm not sure if that was it. I may have looked at a level I was playing myself, but I did find it helpful either way. It's great that you know how to post on YouTube. I wouldn't have a clue where to start.
