If you have run out of gold bars this early on in the game then stop playing this level for a week.
Take one of two actions:
Either gather as many boosters as you can from Season Pass, which can be played to the top (where you get a free UFO) by scrolling back and replaying an easy level (level 1 if you choose) again and again. Then play the level you are stuck on following the moves suggested by the game hints. Usually the game will let you get close enough occasionally so that a UFO played with 3 moves left will beat any legendary level in this range.
Or don't log into the game for a week. The game will sense that you are about to give up and give you a lucky board and some help to pass the level you were stuck on.
