I was close to one year one day to another it went down to 6 and now it is one week I connect daily and it is stuck to 6
please fix this and get me back to where I was (close to 1 year)
I am not sure what the relevance of the login streak is on your player card @ricardolille . It has no effect on your game whatsoever so I am very doubtful that anyone here or at King Player Support would help you with this at all. I have no idea why the others who answered your post here suggest that this might get fixed. It does not need fixing. The player cards are just window dressing to the game and do not affect the functioning of the game itself. Also we have often established that information on the player cards is frequently incorrect. They are best ignored. Just enjoy the game!

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
