Why I did not get my 30 min free bonus after I claim it?😥

Did you put the clock on your device forward after receiving it? The 30 mins free time follow the time set on your device and starts the moment the claim button is hit. If you change the clock it might disappear. If you put the game aside and come back 30 mins later and reopen the game it will also have disappeared. If you had lost your connection to King's servers at the time of claiming it is also possible that the claim button did not work. This happens with a lot of other rewards as well. If it was a free bonus awarded to you inside the game then don't bother player support with that. They would only send you an automated reply.
