why there is no more extra moves or ballon with prises?!

If you have made a purchase then no, your adverts will not reappear after awhile.
If your adverts have just been removed from your game by King then they might reappear, but it might not be soon. I once lost all of my advert features for seven months.

If you have made a purchase recently then this would explain why you have lost your advert features.
If you haven't made a purchase then it could just be you have lost your adverts temporarily.
