I am requesting your assistance in recovering my Candy Crush Saga progress. My game was previously linked to my Facebook account, which I permanently deactivated about 1–2 months ago. Since then, I am unable to access my previous levels.
Unfortunately, I had not created or synced a King account before deactivating Facebook. I still have the Candy Crush app installed on the same iPhone device where I was playing.
