Hi @Mark_Jay the chocolate box freezing the game in one way or another has been an issue for over a year now. I think King are aware of the latest issues, but they don't seem to be getting around to fixing the issue

At the moment all you can do is restart your game and, depending on the issue, that will clear the issue

If you have the issue that results in the frozen Chocolate Box reappearing even after you restart your game then I am sorry to say that all you can do is contact King to see if they can fix your game.
