Have you check whether the app in the device has been updated to the latest version (1.183.0.3)? Please go to Google Play or iTunes to check the updates. Then update the game.
Also, as mentioned earlier, the "Extra Moves Wheel" is a test feature, thus it is normal that it is not made available you. However, don't be despair as it may re-appear in your game from time to time. Just keep playing and stay tune for it and make sure the apps is up to date.

Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

You may try to log out/exit from game, disconnect your device from internet/wifi, wait for a while and reconnect back, then log back into the game. Check and see whether the "extra move wheel" will re-appear after you completed a level.
If it doesn't then it has been removed from your game because it is a temporary feature/event that if being rolled out to randomly selected player. However, do not despair and continue to play if your game play is not affected, and stay tune for new events to be made available to you from time to time.
If you are stuck at the particular level. Please read this article to get some insights.

Hi TY for help and responding. I did try logging out. Yesterday actually. And now i cant log back in. Couple times it says wrong e-mail or password. So of course i changed my password. Now i keep getting, network error... i have noticed the extra moves wheel has popped up. But i cant use it cuz its just spinning with loading circle. I can sign in threw facebook but ive noticed things arnt the same as being signed in with my King account... not sure you help with this situation. But thank you 😊

Yes it is good news i can sign in threw facebook. But im still in same situation as before. Sorry i didnt explain that.. i still dont have extra moves wheel or boosters or is it showing other ppl who did the levels im on. When im signed in on KING i have everything. And cuz im stuck on level also with no boosters for days and keep getting error trying to sign in idk wat todo. I dont want to stay signed in on Facebook
