I am unable to connect to the app store to get extra moves wheel. I've tried closing the game and reopening and restart my table but it doesn't work .

hi there I lost all my rewards due to internet loss. I tried to close and open my app get back my connection and itās all gone the only thing that was available was my galaxy I won the rewards by completing the daily 6 day task

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
