@annah_dolphin Hi and welcome. In the case of mobile devices the boosters and lives are stored on the device itself, so if the game crashes , you reinstall, change phone etc all boosters and lives are lost and are unrecoverable. That is unless you had any unused purchased boosters. You can then contact customer support from your game and they will help you with this. Alternatively you can use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this.

Hi and Welcome to our Community
Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

Contact customer support again through the automated email you got and give a description of the problem and your game ID found at the top of your profile, just tap the word King twice and your game/user ID which is numbers will appear. It will take them at least 12 hours to reply maybe less.👍
