Yes! This new event is still tested on first time that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone and selecting some players only who have this new event on this game.

There are a lot of test features in the game and awarded to different players on different devices. Golden path feature is also like that. I am also not having this feature. But you please keep your game up to date and you never know you can also be included in this feature. All the bonus features are not permanent part of the game. They may be replaced or unavailable at any time.
