how can i restore my lost progress level 1000. I was sent back to Level 1 and my email addess

Kindly explain that if you can access to your login or not. As you mentioned that your account has been locked out. If you can no longer login into your account then it is very tough to get your progress back. In this case you have to contact player support directly from your game and they can manually restore your progress. You may also check player support from below link.
