If it's not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
And you can search it (the latest video is better) on YouTube or Tips on Google Search that I hope you can follow these tips of how to pass this level without using boosters and extra moves. 😊

I might be using the wrong forum to report the issue. I just figured this its for Candy Crush Saga, and not Candy Crush Soda Saga. Should I re-create the issue in another forum, or may I proceed with this one?

Sorry but there is no video attached.
However please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application , Restart your device and login again. I think as we dont have any other reports about this level so updating will solve it. If you still have problems please show us screenshot.
