I got no prize, just a stupid animation! I emailed when it happened the first time; no response yet. I just emailed because it happened again! Why am I playing when I don't get the prizes? Getting a 5 used to be great, you'd win a lot, but now, NOTHING?! I was afraid it would happen again so I got in on video!

Very sorry about your missing reward, but unfortunately we in the community dont deal with missing reward. The only way you can get is to directly contact player support from your game application. You have to be patient with them as they are flooded with queries thesr days.

Hi again yes you are right. It is 5, 3 and 1 gold bars for the episode race. But as i mentioned above the only way you can get your reward is through player support. Please go to the settings and contact player support. Community can not help you in getting your reward as they have your game data so hopefully they will take a positive action.

If you are left out any rewards or prizes in the game, please email Player Support and if you play on mobile or the W10 app, then always email directly from the game and not the web form.
Go to the game's Settings and Help Center. Choose a topic and you find the 'Contact us' in the bottom. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically receive your player data and can look into this faster.
