If you create a new account. Your progress will not be saved. As only one account can be related to one game. You have to start from zero. Your situation is very unfortunate and strange that on both devices you are not getting any bonus features. But i will still advise you to wait a little longer as your game is perfectly working at the moment. May be when the new updates will come you might get any new features.

@winky68 Hi and welcome. You could leave the game and create a new account but this also would not guarantee you would get all your features back. have you checked that you phone is up to date and on the latest version as well. Strange that this is on both your devices

Do you have access to another device. Can you login and check on another device. See if you get any additional events there. As i have some changed events on my laptop and my mobile.

If you have done all the troubleshooting steps and i can see that you are having the two basic bonus events ( Treat calendar , daily wheel). Also the build a bot. It looks like Other than that at the moment no bonus features is active for you. But things can change in future and hopefully more events will be provided to you.

Features come and features go. The best you can do is keep your game update and do a restart. Hopefully you'll get some fun features soon if you don't have any now.

if you've already checked for the latest game update then try clearing cache, if you play on android: please go to your settings device - apps - open candy crush - storage - clear cache. please be careful NOT to delete data, those are for your locally saved boosters.
Then please log out, restart device log in and clear a level to make sure your game is connected to the server.
Another tip: please check if your device has at least 2 GB of memory free and has the latest software update.
if any of this doesn't help then your features probably disappeared for a temporary problem, especially in F5 case, I think. hopefully they'll come back in the next updates
