@mapsiem2012 Hi and welcome. Sorry to here this has happened to you, for any missing reward you need to contact customer support from your game or alternatively you can use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need you game ID for this

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If you still dont recieve it you need to contact directly to player support from your game settings. They are the only one who can award you missing rewards.
