Anybody else having this issue? I bought 24 color blasters and they took my gold bars but didn't give me the booster....again!
@Pamela_J_Elliott Hi and welcome, sorry to here you did not receive your purchase .The community does not deal with purchases as it contains your personnel information
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
or Alternatively use the Contact us but you will need your game ID for this

Understood that you've not received your items after making the purchase.
All purchases are dealt by King Support center. Please click on the link marked in green for items that were purchased via Facebook, Apple. Amazon OR Android but not received and follow the guide accordingly.
When contacting King Support center about your issue, please choose topic "Problems with Purchases" and sub-topic "Purchase items not received".
