My Fantastic Five seems to work - points accumulate and it shows progress toward the reward levels. It tells me that rewards have been earned when I reach certain point levels. However, when I go to the game, the rewards aren’t there. For example, it just told me that I received a switch and a one hour color bomb for reaching the second goal, but when I return to the game, they aren’t there. This has been going on for weeks. I’ve lost dozens of boosters.

Very sorry about your missing reward. But the only solution we can recommend here is to contact directly player support from the settings.of your game application.
You may also contact them through this contact.
You may need user id.

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prize not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Did you get any complaint / Ticket number. Its a long number usually starts with 9.

Sent a message to support through the “Contact us” link. At this point just got an auto reply saying they’d get back to me, with no complaint/ticket number, but at this point I’ll wait to see if I hear back.
