Is there a way by wch u can add a 3 star game if u are just short of 1 win to get 9 of 9 for a silver crown or next higher level crowns...like if u fall short the u loose 2 win games and if they can be added in nxt level??

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.
