I have recently purchased a new phone and when I loved back in I was able to see that I was on the right course. However I have lost all of my lives and I lost all of my extra power UPS that I bought. Can anybody help?
You will need to contact customer support and they will help you out. They can check your purchase history.
@Melissa_Salinas Hi, Yes if you have unused purchased boosters contact customer support from your game and they should help you with this.
All of the booster said I have had I have purchased. So therefore I don't understand why I cannot be reimbursed for those.
Hello @Melissa_Salinas and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. As stated above - you can contact Player Support to get any boosters that you paid for and hadn't used restored to your game, however you will have to ask your friends for more lives to build that up again since that information was stored locally on your device and not on the King servers.

The only way you can recover your purchased booster is to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. They have your purchase history and i hope they will take an action in your favour.

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!Â
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.Â
Itâs best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.Â
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. đ
By the way, these events/features are still helping you to earn boosters/gold bars on this game. đ

@Melissa_Salinas Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if your phone crashes you have to uninstall the game or you change phones the boosters and lives you stored are lost and are unrecoverable. That is unless you had any unused purchased boosters then you can contact customer support from your game and they may help you with this. alternatively you can use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
Itâs best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

I've got to ask this as it just isn't going away: Are King aware that there is glitch in the map graphics for new players this week? I started two new games at the weekend, one the old iPhone running on iOS 12.5.7 and the other on the old iPad which is running on iOS 15.8.5. Both games the moment I had closed and reopenedâŚ
FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve. If you play perfectly, and someone helped you out giving you 3 extra lives, you are still one short of being able to win. I've paid for gold bars before to help me pass hard levels, but I refuse toâŚ
