@ColleenG Hi and welcome. WE have had a few people report this, so i think this is something we may need to pass on to our Community manager so he can ask the game studio to have a look into this. You could also try to contact customer support from your game and they may be able to look in to your issue

Hello @ColleenG and a very warm welcome to our wonderful community! As mentioned above - I have seen this mentioned by at least one other player. However, I just made a purchase in Candy Crush Saga on my Apple iPad and did not have any problems. I had already made a purchase on a different king game, but wanted to make sure it wasn't something just affecting Candy Crush Saga and it is not. Have you done the latest update to IOS - 14.0.1? There were some bugs in 14.0 which is why Apple came out with an update so soon after the release of 14.0.
Please make sure you have the latest IOS update, then clear your cache, and turn your Apple device off for at least 10-15 seconds then reopen the app, and hopefully you will be able to make purchases again.
