I can try to reset your game in our system and see if that helps.
First check your Game ID in the game and post it here. Let me also know what level you should be on.
(how to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this)
Then delete the app on all your devices you play on.
When I've done the reset I'll let you know here and you can reinstall the app.
