Skipping levels without playing

Hi, I’ve been experiencing problems with the game advancing levels before I’ve had a chance to play. They’ll pop up on the map with one star and allow me to advance to the next episode. I want to play these levels and have a chance at passing first try but can’t because its making it look like I’ve played the level. I deleted the app and reinstalled (lost all my boosters btw, annoying) but it’s still happening. Any suggestions?

I was only at the beginning of the episode (Level 396) when it skipped me to level 411. I’ve since then gone back and played skipped levels.

It did it again, haven’t played any levels today! Now skipping all the way to 426. I’m still only on 402.

This may be due to app error. Maybe, by reinstalling the the game app you will get the solution.
Let me know if the problem is the same.

Are you sure that no one else has access to your game account on another device?
Could you post your Game ID so I can check this up?

Deleted app and reloaded, still having the issue...today the levels have advanced through the next episode, up to 440 now, I’m still trying to get through level 412.
my game id is 10405952217. Any help is appreciated :)

I don't know what, but something weird had happened in your game.
So I made a game reset in our system and you should now be back on level 396.
Let me know if the issue comes up again.

The issue is still happening, game is still advancing.
