Sometimes the game can by mistake connect to another person's Facebook account if that person have logged into their Facebook on your device earlier.
If you have issues getting the game back connected to your account, please try these steps to get this sorted out:
-Disconnect the game from Facebook under the game's Settings
-Delete the Facebook app from the device (Not the game! Facebook only)
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data (this may vary on some iPhone and iPad models - please check Apple Support for further help and details)
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache on the device
-Turn on the device again
-Open Safari, go to Facebook's web page and log in to your Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and connect it to Facebook and the game should now connect your account through the browser
Once you're connected to your account, you can reinstall the Facebook app and continue using it if you wish.
O of these ways worked the accounts are not merged. On my iPad my Facebook says Carl Rossby, but in Candy Crrush as welll as the New York Times it has Daniel Karus Facebook
@carlrossby.Hi , it sounds like you accounts have become merged.
if this is the case all you can do is create a new king or Facebook account and put your new game ID on here with the level you were on. We can then ask the CM to manually restore your levels. But if this is the case you will only get the level restored you will have no thing else no scores, boosters , lives etc.
Firstly would try looking for a game update and logging out the game and restarting you device and then log back in to see if it connects to correct account. Also if you play via an internet browser clear the cache of this as well

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
