@hasanmoh Hi, a few weeks ago there was a problem with one of the updates that was causing the app to crash so please double check you software updates are all done, if you do not have any updates uninstall the candy crush app and restart your device and then reinstall as it the windows 10 app and see if solves your problem

Thank you for your help. it is a new laptop, i updated everything and uninstalled reinstalled 4 times still same issue. it starts then crashes on the king screen. I tried all the solutions on the support site no luck i will keep trying but if you think of anything else please let me know. all other games are working fine.
