@eugene Hi and welcome, All we can do is apologize. The game studio is doing there best to get this resolved as quickly as possible, but due to the amount of people it has affected and levels it is taking longer than expected. You will be informed when a fix is made, but you need to keep an eye on your app store as the fix will be in a game update.
You will also need to restart the device when we do get the fix to make sure it reaches your game correctly.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Hello @eugene and @vmcc and a very warm welcome to the wonderful King Community, As the Community Manager has said - the studio is releasing the fix to the issue to all players but due to the complexity of the issue, it is a gradual process so while some players already have the fix, others are still waiting. So please be patient and as advised above, continue to make sure your game is updated with the latest version of the game and the fix should reach you sometime soon.
I see you are familiar with the community already @eugene and I encourage you @vmcc to spend some time exploring it. There are a lot of fun and exciting things going on including various contests where you might win some gold bars and sometimes boosters.
