Help, level 5971

Level 5971 is supposed to be an easy level, you have to get 575000 points in 25 movements, I have been playing this level for 4-5 days and the most points I get are approx 150000, I have used boosters and extra movements and nothing!!! I read that there were an update in September that fixed it, buy my app is up to date. I'm getting really frustrated!!!

Yes, there should be an update. But it can be done. Try as late as you can when there are many candies on the field. Put the color bombs on most of the bombs with the same color. That gives a lot of point

I already tried that, and used boosters.. I even tried to wait until the last minute to use the color bombs, not blow out the "thing" that creates de other bombs, I tried to match color bombs with stripped candies... Everything...

@harrimonster Hi and welcome this has been reported to the studio and we are awaiting a fix. Please keep an eye on your app store as it is likely the fix is going to be in an update

I hope so!! I actually sent a "report" and I got from a candy crush representative "look for a video on you tube to pass the level" 😑. You know you can see the other people playing the level, they already pass it! Let's see... Thank you so much for replying!

A fix is on the way, but to be able to get the fix you need to make sure you have the latest update installed.

Please make sure the app is up to date and also force close the app and restart the device so the game restarts.

Unfortunately we have a points issue on a lot of levels and it has already been worked out by our studios. Now the fix is approaching to the game but it require the game to be up to date. So we request you to please keep your game updated abd have patience and soon the fix will reach your game.

Ok, but I have been using (wasting) boosters and I cannot advance in the "level race" and win the gold... Of course I stopped doing that by now, but what about all the things I used? I think is kinda unfair 😞, and I won't buy anything again from the game... Cos is now worth it to "invest". Anyway, thanks. I will wait.

Dont worry if you have purchased anything and lost it due to this reason. You might contact player support directly from the settings of your game application and claim it back. They have your purchase history for last 90 days and i am sure they will take an action in your favour.😀
