Hi guys
I have a full piggy bank but I can't open it... the only option is to buy another one... I don't want to pay to open it... so how can I?

Very sorry but piggy bank can not be open unless you pay it.
How does Piggy Bank work
Similar to a real-life Piggy Bank, when you purchase it in our game you're 'breaking' it so you can release all that awesome Gold you've been collecting.
This means that every time you buy, break and collect from your Piggy Bank, the collection of Gold Bars will begin again because you'll be filling up a new Piggy Bank.
Each time it's full you'll be able to buy it, and buying each only unlocks that Bank's contents.
Buying a Piggy Bank isn't crucial in your gameplay, but does offer a lower-priced way to add Gold Bars to your game than buying in the Store bundles.
Gold Bars are also sometimes available in small amounts as rewards for various events and challenges in our games, so keep checking for other ways to add to your collection!

@SciFiKriss Hi and welcome, The piggy bank feature has to be bought, the feature offers you the chance to buy gold bars at a reduced rate. It does not give free gold.
If you looking for gold try the contest area there are a few competitions to win gold bars for your game
