Trapped in 4843 level

Hi all,

I've been trying to pass the 4843 level for a few days now and I haven't been able to do it. I tried to understand why this level is such a nightmare so I watched some youtube videos on people who managed to overcome this terrible level. I got really surprised when I found out thet people was been given some 3000 point for every bomb they destroyed (as usual). However, in 4843 level I only got 600 points for every bomb I destroy so reaching the score of 730000 points in 19 movements is simply impossible.

How come other people get 3000 points and I oly get 600? Is anybody else getting the same score for killing a bomb here?

I'd really appreciate an answer because I'm getting very upset at the game and about to give in!!

@jcrgods Hi and welcome, There is an issue with the scoring levels that has been reported to the game studio and is awaiting a fix. Please keep an eye on game updates as the fix is likely to be in an update. also when update installed you will need to restart your device to ensure fix reaches your game

Hi and welcome to the community.

Yes you need to keep your game up to date so that a fix might reach you. So just log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if the fix reaches you. If not then please have patience and it has started to reach to the players on different devices so hopefully it will reach to you also soon.

Well, I normally play Candy Crush on Facebook in my PC so I don't think I need to update anything. I'll keep connecting to make sure the problem is fixed. I'll let you know then.
