Earlier today I had the Win Streak function powered up to level 5, and then for no reason at all it reset itself to level 1.
Anyone else experiencing this?

It is same for everyone. It means it is on now check mine.
Yes I am fine up to level 4, level 5 just continues to "flash" but I never get a check mark saying complete as I do with the other 4 levels. Device has been cleared of cache, I have logged out multiple times (both on Mac and Ipad), restarted devices, game is accessed through FB. The result is the same no matter what. And I know it is a malfunction because the only way it resets to Level 1 is when I lose and then it does the same thing up to level 4 and 5 just stays there,

Correct me if i am wrong you are still starting the new levels with level 4 rewards. Win streak rewards automatically launched once we are starting new level so am i right that you are getting rewards only upto level 4 and not level 5. If that so then its strange never noted this before. So in my opinion please Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and then clear next level and see if your win streak moves to level 5.
Just for reminder win streak rewards are only provided in the new levels.

If you recall I stated I reached Win Streak 22 and never received a reward for reaching level 5. I understand that you can't go beyond level 5 but when you do reach it you should be showing it is complete and receive the reward. This is what is not working.

I am experiencing where it won't set itself as complete on level 5, I am up to 11 straight win streaks and level 5 is stuck on not complete.

@tscheip Hi, They are two different things but i dont know if you have used same information for both. I can only suggest you try signing into a different device with the details you think for the game to be sure you have the correct details
Thanks @Freddy_Falkner . Another question for you, since you know so much, do you happen to know if the log-in info for the game is the same as our log-in for this forum? I've always been scared to log out of the game incase I don't remember my game log-in info lol.
@tscheip Hi and welcome, so far for me not experienced any issues with the feature on windows 10 app, everything working correctly but same as build a bot lose one level you lose it all. Not noticed but not sure if this is on a timer, but doubt that would be the problem as its a few days old. also as it is a new feature it can have issues as with any new feature
Would try the standard troubleshooting tips to see if this improves the problem
Log out restart your device and then log back in and see if you issue still continues.

Yes time to time it happens that built a bot and now win streak function sets itself from zero. Its a bonus feature and like all other bonus features it is not permanent part of the game. So it resets itself, take break from the game, might appear ,disappear or simply be replaced. There is no guarantee that it will always be there for you.

This feature is still tested and selected some players only who have this feature that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game.
