@hechicerilla the one device i dont use but hopefully Kiara and Aijaz can help you further in my opinion though there is something not quite right

Another go this time like first no problems with bombs or candy not dropping just fell 2 chocolate short

Absolutely working fine on my android oppo mobile. Although i failed the level but used combo three times and no candies left.

Have you tried updating your device and checked again.

Yeah honey, I did it yesterday. When I was already desperate because the bombs were exploding, I updated my browser and the application. This morning I cleared the cache and cookies. Like I said at the beginning I'm going crazy 🤣🤣

I hope you have the latest/updated app 😅.

I've replayed the level and even tried leaving the bomb till 1 move left and didn't receive any pop up message saying the bomb goes off. I'm using Android mobile too. In fact, I've recorded it but file extension is not supported by the media upload here 😅

Do try the standard troubleshooting and check for app update... Also try and play in another device and see whether there's any issues.

If still the same, maybe is the device.

Thanks darling, I have everything up to date, and I don't have any other device that I can test it on. I appreciate the interest. Now I will turn off my phone, I have home work for a while, so I will leave it turned off and praying that my next attempt is successful.

I checked the level and I am not able to find that issue either and also checked with Player Support and no other players have contacted us regarding any similar issues.

Are you able to pass the level at all or are stuck as fudge there?

Hi.

I can't get past it, I'm stuck, but it's because of that problem, because the color bombs don't clear the board. It also happened to Freddy when he tried it yesterday 🤷 I wish I could make a video for you to see. Together the two color bombs and they do not eliminate the board, everything stays there. Perhaps no one has reported it because they have not noticed. I don't know much about technical issues, but something is wrong. Can events interfere with the operation of the game? @hechicerilla Is this happening every time to you as mine was very hit and miss, sometimes worked perfectly and others had your problem and once with candy not dropping for some unknown reason. Feel for you as i know i put pics up with some problems and then pic with no problem. Strange for me but everyone else reporting no problems
