I was awarded wrong prize in weekly race last week @Pounawea how do i get it fixed.

Not sure what can be done on this as this was last week but for any missing rewards you need to contact customer support. The best way is through you game settings help center and send them an email and they maybe able to help you with this. Alternatively you can use the contact us at below but you need your game ID for this
@Pounawea will answer this but as its the weekend it will probably be Monday before she replies

As explained above by my fellows you need to contact player support. Contact them directly from the settings of your game application. And send them email. Hopefully they will take a positive action in your favour.

The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
I've never seen the wrong prize awarded. What happened? You do need to contact customer support for missing prizes. Thank you and good luck.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
