Hello @KiKi_45 - as stated above this is an ongoing issue with Facebook and the studio has been working with them to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately this is something the studio cannot fix on their own so it is taking some time to correct. Please be patient and know that they are trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
