I completed 80 levels but when I went on candy crush today, it said that the weekly race was over and I did not complete. What happened? I’m super bummed because it took a lot of time to play that many levels.
@juliaroehl Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you. but if you cure you completed that amount of levels this may have been a glitch in the feature. I do not think much can be done regarding this as you have the message that it was uncompleted, but you could try customer support and explain your issue . You never know they may help you with this

Unfortunately community dont deal with missing rewards issues as we dont have any access to your game data. You need to contact our player support directly from the settings of your game application or by this link.
Please mention missing reward and event name alongwith same email you are using for the game and your game id.
Same thing happened to me. Finished the 80. It said 80 on the weekly leaderboard and told me I didn't make it. Nobody in customer service will get back to me either.
Did you complete exactly 80 levels or was it more? Do you know which level you started on and where you ended? You can contact customer support for any missing rewards. They should be able to see your achievements.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
