I was at level 551 on my iPhone that I don’t use much for candy crush. Can you help?

Did you play on your ipad online as it sounds like you may have to been connected for some reason to allow your levels to sync
Would try the standard troubleshooting tips of making sure both your device and game are up to date log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this resolves your issue, also try playing a level to see if this forces it to connect to the server correctly,
If not you will need to contact customer support to get your levels restored

Please Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. After login try to play and clear a level and see if you recover your progress.

Unable to purchase
