on my phone. can you help with this. i do have my games installed on the phone but they go back to earlier levels. how can i get my levels up to date?

Can you please tell us that the account which you linked with your game is still active and you have access to it. Or you have forgotten that account. You need to login with the same facebook account which you were using to play your game. If you dont have access to your facebook account the only way you can get your progress back is manual recovery.
So please let us know about this and we will guide you further.
