Level 2
My issue is i've been playing candy crush for quite some years im on level 6528 and have accumulated quite a number of bonuses, hammers red hands liquorice wheels etc as well as the bonuses you can use at the start of a game. when i log into the game via facebook on my new phone it has taken my current level over but has not taken over any of my power ups/bonuses.
this is very frustrating, i have raised a ticket to King 4 times so far and just keep getting the same cut and paste answer, customer support is atrocious.
I have tried everything that has been suggested so far, logging out deleting using the desktop version and doing the same etc. when i log into the desktop version via Facebook, my bonuses are that of 2 years ago when i last played it that way, so although im logged in to it on the app on my phone it has not been keeping track, very annoying, its actually making me want to stop playing after all this time.
any suggestions please
Boosters are stored on your device so they are lost when you change devices. That's why it's best not to store too many boosters. There is nothing you can do to make them come back, they are still on your old phone. Sadly this is what happens when we switch devices or have to reinstall the game. Earned boosters cannot be compensated. If you had purchased boosters than customer support should help you out. Make sure you are replying to their emails. Good luck.
@Michael_Reid Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if your phone crashes the game crashes you uninstall or change phones, you boosters are not transferable. only if you have any unused purchased boosters can you contact customer support and they should help you with these
Thank You
hi there
i have already done that 4 times to know avail, is it worth reporting it again
well that's disappointing
Hi. If none of the 4 times have you gotten an answer, yes, it's worth it. When you contact technical support they send you an automated response, then you receive a personalized message answered by a person, it is that message that you must respond by giving the requested data and explaining the problem in detail. Good luck 🤞 and keep enjoying
hi there
]thanks for taking the time to answer me, however i have given up. i have asked the question another 2 times and each time i get fobbed off with the same answer, customer support is atrocious 😥
That's terrible that they have not answered you. Please understand the community comments that explain that boosters are stored on your device and are lost when you switch devices. These are not recoverable. Customer support left the community to be the bearer of bad news. Sorry.
Wow I'm sorry they didn't help you Please could you tell me what was that answer you feel cheated on?
