As mentioned above it has been reported by few others also. If you have updated everything you may wait for sometimes and hopefully it will be rectified. But if not you may report to our player support here.
@Bud1 Hi and welcome we have a couple of people report this and one has said it was a temporary problem that rectified itself, so hopefully this issue will resolve itself but we are passing this on to get checked

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Unable to purchase
