For what it's any consolation or something, I'm playing on Android and the ads are playing correctly in CCSS, in CCS I've never had that function. And yes, there are people with iPhone and iPad who have reported the same problem.
The Studio will solve it as soon as possible.

Is this happening to only this specific ad or other ads also. If it is happening to only this ad it means there is an issue on this ad. Normally such errors are rectified with the time. But you may also report it to our player support from the settings of your game application if the above mentioned tips are not working.

I had a 'feedback' email from King, asking me to rate their response to my contact with them. So I told them I get are botty responses or the 'check for updates, clear cache, log out, restart, fly to the moon and back' and that therefore my rating of King's responses was as low as it could be!! (Same thing when I contacted them about the lack of boosters as a reward for the 8,000 level pass - although they have since done the allocation to everyone above 8,000 it seems!).
@BigJB Hi and welcome, If you read all the posts you will see there are two issues one with certain ads crashing and the other they are all crashing the app. So we ask all to do the standard troubleshooting tips and try to determine if any improvement or which issue it is.
Single Ads we have to wait for the studio to fix but can pass details on , the crashing is a wider issue that some people reporting is a temporary problem.
