Anyone having the same issue ?
I have noticed since the change of the game version ...I do not the rewards and my Inventory is not updated . I just completed the F5 the rewards which include UFO and other booster for 01 hour, were not received, though the the pop up said claim your rewards . Had similar issue with other events ( chocolate box ad daily win steak) .
I have raised this issue with the support team 3 times but they do not acknowledge the issue and no action is taken . what can be done ?
@Berna_Gomes .Hi and welcome. Sorry to here you have an issue with receiving your reward, unfortunately the community does not deal with missing rewards. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache
For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Understood that you are not receiving your prize after completing the final leg of the F5 quest.
Please counter check manually your team's total points to ensure it adds up to 7,000. If your total points doesn't add up to 7,000 even though the graphic shows that you are already end of the final leg, you and your team have to continue playing till you reach the 7,000 in order to claim the prize. Just continue playing before the stipulated time ends.
The above usually happens when one of your teammates suddenly disappear or leave your group and the points accumulated by that person will be deducted from the total score.

Thank you all for the reply , but it does not help my issue nor I am receiving any from the support team . I have been playing Candy Crush for many years and have updated version...did not have this issue before...Only started last month after the new version was updated , .First when the new event ( daily task) was introduced , the progress was not updated ad rewards were not added to my inventory - which I had complained , they removed that event.
Then I noticed that it was happening with other events as well - F5, Chocolate Box , Daily win streak etc ...Yes I had completed all events , after which I also received a popup saying CLAIM REWARDS ,however it is not added to my inventory .
Due to this, Today I had taken the screen shot of my inventory before and after I had claimed the rewards ...it was not added. I have sent these complaints to the support team 3 times before as well with all details , game ID , screen shot etc ..They replied , but claim there was no discrepancy with my game and I have received all my rewards correctly on the completion of the events :-( .. Which is not True ..
