for about 3 days now, i am not receiving any lives from friends
Hi dear welcome to the community.
Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it helps you.
There is some issue on facebook for sending and recieving lives. Our studios are working on it and hopefully soon it will be resolved.

šŗĀ If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the Game has access to your Facebook Friends List since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the Game doesn't have the access all lives will stay blocked. CheckĀ HEREĀ for more help on this.Ā
let me clarify my previous post, i am still not receiving lives from friends on facebook, this has nothing to do with playing on my phone, so telling to update my app or logout and log back in on my device DOES NOT help me.

Check if your Candy crush game is updated to the latest version and check if you have enough space of at least 2GB free on Storage or SD.
If done so try to log out and try restarting your device open game and log back in to the game. See if this helps.

how do i get my level from facebook to a new device?
Candy Crush App will not recognize my correct passwords to update my progress. All other devices working. Deleted and reloaded, and no difference - says I have the wrong p/w. Any ideas?

I use Candy Crush saga on my IOS machine and my Windows PC. Have switched over to a new PC and appear to have lost my account. Looks as if King have issued a new King ID to my email so no progress if I log on with the PC BUT the IOS machine is fine. Email / Password for both is the same!. How do I get Windows to see theā¦
