So I just got a MSI desktop that I have been saving up to buy. I DL CCS. and for some reason when I start CCS I see a flash of the game but it disappears immediately. Anybody can help?

If he reinstalled the app already and it didn't help, I'm afraid there is nothing more I can do to fix his computer.

@conqurboy May be a silly question but did you restart your PC after updates and then check again. Could not see why the game would not load on to your device if new

Could you please check your internet connection? Maybe Microsoft has problems today too and you can't download it. Either please contact us or wait a few days. That would be my suggestion!

I thought about that. and did all my updates. there was nothing wrong with my old computer and I played CCS all the time using the windows app. Now I am bummed
@conqurboy Hi again . As its a new computer i would check to see if there are any windows up dates that need installing first. You may need to put a few of the updates in to get your computer operating system running smoothly. then try installing the game after this and see if it improves your issue.
I play on windows 10 app and there are no issues or known issues with it at present
My suggestion would be to contact the Microsoft Store. There is definitely an email address! Good luck

thanks for your help. I uninstalled the game a few times and restarted my computer. no luck. i went into my settings, apps, and i also reset a few times, no luck. I don't understand what the heck is going on.
