Chocolate Box problems

Every day my chocolate box starts with 4 empty spaces, I fill 3 of them and then it says I have to wait 20 hours for another go so I never get to fill 4 and the get the prize

@SueR The chocolate box works this way. You fill 3 boxes first day and then the next you do the last task and then claim your reward and do another 3 tasks on the new board .. then you repeat the process and you claim the reward every day

May I know whether you go back to the chocolate box after 20 hrs to complete the final slot? If not, then that's the reason you didn't manage to complete your chocolate box quests and claim your prize.

Yes I did go back after 20 hours but four slots were empty again so I could only fill three again, this happened twice but this morning only 1 slot was empty so I could fill it and claim my prize so it seems to be working again ok. Thanks for replying and thanks to everyone else that replied as well
