Why i lost all of my inventories after my phone was shut down due to lowbattery?
Hi there @chelmica and good day to you.
Your game may not be properly loaded after your device shutdown due to low battery.
Please exit the game, turn off the internet/wifi signal in your device, wait for several seconds or more and then turn back on the internet/wifi signal in your device. Go back into the game and play a level. Check your inventory and see whether those boosters are back.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

This is strange, since I've had my phone shut down a couple of times while playing and it never did this (after I came back to the game, the inventory was there, since the memory is stored in the device itself).
Maybe @Crazy Cat Lad can help you with this one. Hope you get your boosters back 😬
@chelmica Hi and welcome, Sorry to hear this has happened to you but in the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. So if your phone or game crashes, you uninstall or even change phones your Boosters are lost not / Recoverable. unless you had any unused purchased boosters and you can contact support from your game regarding these

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
