I have closed my Facebook account. I still have access to the email address. How can I manage the account without Facebook access? Thanks.
@questionoh Hi and welcome, You would need to open a new king account and get the ID from this to ask customer support to restore your levels, If you do not know what level you were on is a bit of a problem but would give a rough estimate of the level you thought you were on. You only get your levels restored and you will get no gold bars or rank etc

Since you haven't sync your Facebook progress with your King account before deleting the Facebook account, please reach out to King Support team here and they'll try to help you out the best they can. Please be sure to select "Problem with my game" and then "Game didn't save".
Please let us know if you need help with other issues in the game.

Look your game was stored and saved with your facebook account. Your progress can now be only recovered through manual process. So please open your game application and save your game through king account then let me know your game Id and the level number you want to restore your game. On monday our CM will be available and hopefully he will recover your progress manually.

I don’t know the level I was on with the Facebook account. If King deletes my account automatically after I closed my Facebook account, I want to know before I start another account. Thanks.
If you have cancelled the facebook account then tell me about your progress now. Are you still on the same level you were playing before with facebook or you are back to level 1. Tell us so that we can further guide you.

Thanks. I canceled Facebook. I cannot access the Facebook account so I cannot sync the King account. I think that’s because the King account and Facebook access are different. Please help.

You have to 1st sync your progress from facebook to king account then you can access from King account. Please check the process below.
